With 26 successful business years behind us we are a stable organization with a Humane approach which stems from our value systems and deep conviction that People are our biggest assets. This forms the inner circle layer.
The outer circle layer consists of four elements that our employees can look forward to. We truly provide a global business exposure with long term career opportunities. In our continuing journey towards business excellence and being an employee friendly company, Tionale went through a formal audit of the HR policies and practices by SPRING Singapore. This included an assesment of out Leadership, Culture and specific aspects of HR like Strategy , Structure, Employee Involvement, Training, Performance and Recognition
Team Tionale passed the test with flying colors and was awarded the " People Developer Certification" in Dec 2008. Given below is an excerpt from the feedback report given by SPRING , Singapore
" The Senior leadership has set clear directions for the organisation and their role in driving the business excellence journey was quite evident. This can be seen from their involvement in explaining the organisation's mission , vision and values to all key stakeholders , as well as in conducting joint site visits to customers. Senior leadership walk- the-talk and live up to their value system by being a role model and setting the example. These include personally communicating business excellence initiatives to all levels of employees in the organisation as well as to other key stakeholders, and making sure that they are available at any time for the employees and establishing and open culture."
