Automotive Products Division
Tionale's experience in Automotive products goes back to early part of 1990 when the company was the official distributor of specific factory brands in the American continent. The company ventured into manufacturing & marketing its own brands a few years back. Today, this Division has substantial presence in West & East Africa, South America & Asia.
Produced at ISO 9001:2000 certified manufacturing facility in India (www.innovativetyres.com), our tyres conform to DOT standards (American). The factory employs the latest technology including Banbury mixers, tyre building machines & curing presses with a capacity to produce the full range of tyres for Heavy trucks, Light trucks, tractors, two/three wheelers & Industrial applications.
Quality systems start with selection of raw material which is subjected to stringent checks before being taken up in production. All finished tyres are put through endurance testing including "Plunger" & "Pulley" tests to ensure that they can perform under severe operating conditions in world markets.
Radial tyres are produced at a dedicated tyre facility in China. The range in this type covers both tubeless & tube type truck & bus (TBR) tyres. The state of the art tyre design ensures excellent road grip for safety, exceptional strength & outstanding load carrying capability. Each individual tyre passes through not only a visual inspection but also X-Ray inspection, which ensures that only best quality products reach our valued customers.
Tubes and Flaps are an integral part of a conventional tube type tyre. The tube which holds the compressed air was earlier made of Natural Rubber; however these are currently produced in Butyl rubber which has better properties like impermeability to oxygen, flexing and toughness.
Flaps are made of natural rubber which helps in preventing chafing of tube over rim.
Our Tube and Flap plant located in India is fully equipped with all modern machinery & testing facilities and is managed by team of professionals. The plant is ISO 9001: 2000 certified and produces the entire range of Butyl Tubes and flaps conforming to Indian / International standards. These tubes are designed to withstand sever heat and overload condition ensuring a longer life of the tyre.
The Conventional Automotive battery produced from our dedicated plant in Indonesia is available in ranges suitable for European & Japanese standards. The main features of our battery include:
TYRES
